I laughed at your cookies with crack comment! Honestly though, there is SOMETHING in them that definitely makes them addictive.....to steal the line from Lays, "you can't eat just one"!
Sorry I didn't get back to you til now, but hopefully you at least got the photo before I left to teach my class. Let me know if you need the original instead.
I LOVED Body Step (can you believe it was only my third time ever to take it?), and although I didn't take Attack, what I saw of you in it makes me bow down to you....you have the most incredible energy in Step and Attack, and I can tell they are really "your thing"! Like I said after class, I don't know how you can keep those knees up so high after two consecutive hours of Step and Attack and make it look so easy!
It was great seeing you again--you look amazing, and although we didn't get to talk much at Maria's it sure was a fun night. Hope your early trip back went ok, and I can't wait to catch up with you again.

My fav's are the peanut butter chocolate chip, but I didn't bring those cuz I didn't know if you guys had peanut allergies!Be sure and tell Brent what he missed out on with those cookies!
Can't wait to see you in the next BS release. Can't believe I never got any pics with you either....oh well, next time, right!?

San Fran was great! Although all we did was eat and chill out - no gymming. So it made it pretty hard coming home with a whole week's worth of lard on my arse! HA!
We've just got the advance copy that goes to gyms and trainers here. Instructors won't get it until end Nov/Dec. You'll love it as you look fab!

Awesome job in Chicago!! I am sure you know how amazing you are!! You along with Susan and the rest it was one of my favorites. Body step and attack were great. I am hoping we can get either BA or BS. Love your personality, you always make us feel welcome with your smiles and genunine personality.

Good god girl...do you ever come down from that energy level?! BA at Midwest Mania was class 8 of 11 over the course of roughly 48 hours this past weekend and yet it flew by...so fun, so over the top, but man it kicked my butt!!! I was having flash backs from BS training...and loving it!!! :) Looking forward to seeing your BS 74 film debut!!!

Hey wild woman....sooo miss you. I just got back to work. it has been a long hard year!!!Lost all of my classes but one and doesn't look like I'm getting them back anytime soon...
Don't ask me why I thought some of them I might get back..anyway..I hope all is well with you..Saw you were in NZ.. which release did you tape on..would love to see it...drop me a line..would love to catch up!!

I've seen the DVD! It looks great Joella! I think you did an outstanding job... athletic, strong, and connected - I have watched it twice - something weird about seeing yourself actually on the DVD!
Can't wait til you see it and then we can compare notes!
