Right another question, don't want to embarass myself asking everybody so you will have to put help; is it ok to do boxercise tonight, bodypump tomorrow and circuits on Fri if I am aching each day after the night before but I feel up to it in myself? Have you got to wait until there is no aching to use the muscles again so you don't hurt them? Does it stop them from growing bigger if they don't get a long rest until they don't ache any more? Please help!

Hiya John i really like the way you helped explain the spin / pump situation - in an ever confusing world of health & fitness, people getting misled with things they are informed by third parties etc....I Totally related to your very well explained lay mans terms of the ATP Glycogen story - Well done, Gold Star 4 You

Hi there John, thanks for your help with the spinning/bodypump thing. You hear so many different things about how to exercise and what to eat etc., I just want to do the best I can and see results without going skinny. Where abouts in England are you?
