Hi David,
I wish I was there for the launch! How was Step? I am sorry we won't be able to launch together this time around..I didn't launch the new release yet because I was on vcation for 10 days and I am now catching on with all the choreo: we are launching Pump tomorrow and Combat next week so Step will probably be next..but I am not so sure I found my inner "jammer" yet..lol!!

Hey David!
So good to hear from you! I have been meaning to say Congrats on all of your recent Les Mills certs! I see you are officially hooked like the rest of us! Congrats on the new baby too!
I hope all is well in Stepfordwive-ville haha. I keep in touch with Em when I can to get all of the poop! How's the gym? I really do miss all of you (well most! ) and teaching with you all. You werent teaching when I left, but I know you were going to a cert or two right after I left.
I remember you not ducking in Combat class- too funny.
I am currently in CT and teaching Jam and Combat. I have three classes a week in two different gyms. I am trying to get back in shape after the twins, and am anxious to get back on the BS bandwagon.
Hows your cutie patootie baby and wife???? Tell her I said hello!

If you are ever in Texas, especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Area, let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach BodyStep or BodyAttack Class with us at the North Arlington Gold's Gym. We do not have BodyVive yet but we are working on it.

Hey David, Cool pics, is the adorable baby on your AVATAR yours? Congrats on passing your BodyAttack assessment! So which is harder BodyAttack or BodyVive as of the programs them selves and cuing them? I am wanting to take the BodyVive training when it comes back to Texas. So how long have you been teaching BodyStep? Have you been to Texas?
