Oh and Aries are known to be firey, fun and fabulous. Quick to give offence and quick to say 'sorry'. I also read somewhere that they are born leaders. Just gotta get the rest of the world to understand that and jobs a good un!!

Hey-up.

It was the full-contact rules, no sweeps though, all kicks above the waist. Sparring is awsome fitness ay, its like you can hit pads for a while without getting drained but soon as start sparring as the rounds clock up you feel yourself loosing strength and energy!!

Have you been watching the rugger today? (saturday) not bad from england.

Sounds like you had a great time out there. Were you in whistler? Aspen was very much the same tbh... Superb snow conditionsand a very accomodating chalet so couldn't really complain!

Glad to hear your coccyx is on the mend, your description of how you got the injury made me CRINGE! HOW PAINFULL! Ouch....

Coming down to London anytime soon mate?
