Qualified To Teach

Hey I'm Jamie! I'm a personal trainer at Union Street Athletics in Bangor Maine and love it. I also teach RPM, what a ride!!! RPM always allows me to challenge myself and my riders. What a great way to get in shape and stay in shape.

8\11 I just got my certification in the mail TODAY. I am now a instructor in Body Combat YEAH!!! I love the this new challenge for my body and mind, and the release I get from teaching class. I'm ready to kick some ass!

So looking forward to the big quarterly hope to meet alot of new les mills peoples!
