Hey Jill,
So I just realized that I hadn't approved anyone to be my friend...oops! I was wondering why no one liked me! Just thought I'd shoot you a quick message to say hi, and ask how combat is going for you? Sarabeth and I have gotten great response in our Monday class. I videotaped last week and I'm taping again tomorrow. Hope all is well and Happy Holidays!!

Hey Jill! The Combat class was AMAZING!!! A few of us were able to shadow with Sheldon. He was awesome! We ended up having it on our courtyard, outside, so, the gym located on the 3rd floor overlooks the courtyard, that's where the treadmills face. So, we had an audience... just people wondering what the heck was going on out there! That was our goal, to show people that hang out on the 3rd floor what we're really doing down in that Group Ex room!!
We had a stage set up and 2 of us shadowed at a time - It was a blast!! Sheldon was completely awesome. It's amazing how easily he can cue the whole thing and not seem like he's talking the whole time. I guess he only says the important stuff!!! I'm going to steal some of his cues and moves! Now I just need to perfect some things and we're going to start taping ourselves and get ready to submit the "dreaded" video!!

GREAT job last night!!!!!! Craig told me all about it....and I peeked through the glass a bit....wish I could have taken class, but I needed to save my legs for FLOW....that esquiva move is brutal!! Too bad we didn't get to chat, but I'm sure I'll see you again soon. Have a great rest of your week...and keep fightin', kickin', and punchin' hard! And Budokon afterwards, holy sh**!!

Hi Jilli,
It was fun flowing with you last evening. If it's okay, I'd like to just come in a take with you as well this Thursday. The more often I do it, the better it gets.
