Hey Jennifer!
So good to catch up with you again!! It sure was great meeting you this past weekend.. What did you think of our class? We have a blast every week, and we are so thankful to have such a strong following.. Wish you were here around Thanksgiving, cause we are having our annual "Turkey Attack" class on Thanksgiving day. All of us instructors pick our favorite tracks and we put a class together; our members love it!!! Please tell my man Darren that I said "hi..." Take care.. And again, it was so good meeting you...

I have been trying to get him to come take one of my classes at Golds, but so far he won't do it : ( Hopefully he will drink the juice and be hooked!!! As for Wes, he will be staying home to watch the kiddos, Becky (my sister) and I really need to get out and just be girls!!! Thanks for coming to class, the release I used was one I haven't used in a while, I kept losing my place!!!

If you are ever in Texas, especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Area, let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach BodyCombat or BodyAttack Class with us at the North Arlington Gold's Gym.
