Hi Jana, course i remember you. How are things going at good ole innovative??? Where you at the quarterly last weekend, i don't think i saw you there. It was crazy fun. Not as good as the big one in Chicago that takes place every Oct. but ahh well. I think I saw Kelli there, but I wasn't sure if that was her so i didn't want to go up to her and be like, "hey, how have you been."
Nothing really new on my end. This past year has just flown by with either teaching at the Y, or OCF, or doing triathlon's and cross-country biking. Now that you're into biking, you really need to get outdoors once it warms up. It's a 1000 times better then being in class, trust me. A decent road bike can be pricey, but it's such a good investment if you use it all summer long.

Jana,
I'm having a great time teaching, I've been teaching about 4 times a week and its a ton of fun. I recorded my video and I'm sending it in tomorrow. I would have had it in sooner, but I kept trying for perfect.... not gonna happen!
