So great to hear from you! I never got a chance to do FLOW 35. That was when I was in the process of moving and switching clubs. I do have it, and I LOVE the music. Maybe after we launch 42, I will have to get it out!
I actually decided to stay home from the Q this next weekend. It was a difficult decision, but I have not had a weekend off in a while, and I feel like I might need to reacquaint myself with my family. There will be other Qs, I am sure.
Hopefully I will make it out your way again soon! Say "hi" to the crew for me!

Girl! You didn't need to send me anything! Although I have a feeling I know what it is, and I am extremely greatful! Glad things are going well! Be sure to let me know when you tape! I had this last weekend off, which was nice. We did a BODYPUMP COLLEGE for St. Louis Metro (8 clubs), which was so much fun! Crazy what we find "fun," right?
