hi julia!
teaching is really great...i LOVE it! right now i'm actually out with an injury... have been for 3 whole months and i'm going CRAZY!!! hopefully getting back into it soon! i teach 2 classes a week, and we started mixing the music about 3 weeks ago. it's pretty much the same with all the goodlife locations... after 3 or 4 weeks, music changes. fred will be your trainer for the weekend. he's actually from ottawa... maybe you know him?
mixing it up is fun... or will be when i can finally teach!! anyway... at work... gotta jet! good luck! keep in touch and see ya at T.O. can fit pro in august maybe!
