YES:) I am very close to Portsmouth... about 20-30 minutes! Are you doing a master class that is open to anyone?? I would love to come down and take your class:) If not lets definitely hook up for dinner!!

Hi Julie!
Just wanted you to know that I just received my "pass" to be a Body FLOW instuctor. I'm thrilled!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how much I have learned and grown since my FLOW training with you in March. It took some time, but I finally got my timing down. : )
Thankfully I have been very blessed to be surrounded by wonderful FLOW instructors in Tucson.
Thank you for giving me my "start" and the courage to continue on this journey.

Okay...Emma was watching your DVD...I about crapped in my seat. I would have butterflies until i heard back. Crazy IBS!!!
I truly hope you get to move forward...who knows...maybe we'll get to be on a filming together!!
Also, did you move yet? Couldn't remember if that already took place or was about to. Keep me posted on your writing too! I love reading friends articles, papers or even books...although none have written books yet!

Thanks for your message. Yeah, the quarterly was something else! Linda kept me in line, though. We got out of there hangover-free this time. ;)
