Hey Justin,

Nice to hear from you & meet you. I've just read Dee's response to your question, and my answer would be the exact same. There is an official LMAP Application form which can be sent out to you, but the best place to get it from is the direct source. So go for it buddy, phone LMAP, get the form, it has the selection criteria on it, & then take the step & do it. Many years ago this was just a dream of mine, and now here I am, all because I took a chance! Good luck!

Hi Justin

Thanks for your message, and its great to hear you enjoy your programs so much.

The best person to have a conversation with is Matt who is the training director, or the Master Trainers for the programs you are interested in. I look after the Combat team only so am not best equipped to give you the answers you need.

What I can say is that we review hundreds of videos for instructors wanting to join the team, and being a good instructor is not the only criteria. We look for people who want to join the team for the right reasons, and have more to offer as a coach and mentor than just being able to instruct a class well.

If you give head office a call they will easily be able to take you through the process.

Good luck!

Hey Justin,
How you going?
I really enjoyed Tuesday night doing the class with you and Annette. That was my second time and I was really really nervous, especially because the gym was so packed! I am usually only there in the mornings and it is not quite as busy....
You obviously really enjoy this industry.... make sure you keep pushing as you are such a friendly happy sort of person, I could imagine people would love to be involved in your classes. Make sure you get something up and running where you are hey and kiss some butt!!!
Cheers buddy...

Heya Justin,

Just came across your profile in one of my many random searches, its cool to see another young instructor (there are actually more than I thought there would be!) :D

Great to hear you are as passionate about group fitness and the Les Mills world as I am! You sound like a great guy just by the way that you write... (I can tell these things, Im a primary school teacher!) :D :D :D We have crazy psycho powers (or something like that!)

Anyways, would love to hear more from you!

Stay in touch,

Scott.
