BODYBALANCE™

I entering the wonderful world of fitness 5 years out from my breast cancer diagnosis (explaining the bald photo!). Cancer taught me a lot of things, not the least of which was the importance of mind/body health. So, here I am!

Body Flow is my first program, and Emily Moore was my trainer. She was incredible and release 41 is divine. I am so grateful to have it as my first one!

Video preparation will start soon and hopefully soon after that, I'll be "official" and start looking for Body Vive training!

I am just starting the journey and hope to join the team of INSPIRING, FABULOUS, ENERGETIC instructors who have sparked my passion for these programs very soon!

Jillian	HEY!! Yeah I am doing great!! I launched with my other instructors on Saturday with Body Flow, and I am practicing so hard for my tape!! I NEED to get it done by the end of august because of nursing school. I know Track 7 is killer!! Glad to hear everything is going graet!! Keep me posted!! :o)

Hi Jennifer...
I was just thinking the same:-) It was such a great weekend...You were very inspiring as well:-) My practice is going well so far:-)I almost have the choreography...then onto the cueing.....how about you? I think our club is launching early August.....:-) I will have to see if I can come on the 29:-) Maybe in a few weeks we can all get together and practice....Have a great one....Dori
