Final Results Fitness is a 22,000 sq. ft. fitness only health club, located an hour northwest of Philadelphia. Since 1989, we have set the pace for fresh and exciting group programming. With over 75 classes per week, Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow and BodyVive are the heart of FRF Group Ex.

At the backbone of Final Results Fitness is a group of exceptionally talented instructors, warm, friendly receptionists and trainers who are professional and knowledgeable. To anyone else they are simply known as the staff. But to John and I, they are our family.

Our family has helped countless members feel right at home from the moment they walk in the door. The commitment and passion for making a positive impact in our community, and help change peoples lives is, and always will be, the foundation upon which we stand. Final Results Fitness is not just a place to workout, it's where you come to live. We welcome you with open arms and warm hearts.

Thanks again for the great time at the Q. Your great driving skills and the 'Wood Mystery Machine' made it all possible! :-) Tuesday night STEP was off the hook...about 18!! My goal is make it over 20. I keep having newbies that want to return, so it could happen very soon! I hope that you and your man had some fun at the conference. Hey Jenny,
Yes, I had a great time(as always) with our FRF Family at the Q!!!! Thank you again for driving. If it was me, we'd end up somewhere in Jersey.....hee,hee,hee.....I'm not a city driver at all.

BodyVive 10 will rock with you and Suzie, I'm sure! Flow.....ahhhh.....yes, I can't wait! The end of March will be here before you know it, yikes!

We should start to brainstorm and get a plan together for launch, that way everyone will know what they're doing and can start plugging away at chorey....urgh....again already, chorey, chorey chorey!

Have a fantastic day too! I will take good care of your Vive'ers tomarrow. They will miss you, I'm sure. You know you always have an open invite to tt any Vive class with me.
