20 to 25 is normal for me. Have been subbing like crazy, going to slow down tho so I do not injure myself. We are not 100 but around 90 which is hot for us. Our humidity takes the temp up over 100 though.

I am taking a week in August for a super quarterly and conference. There is a fitness conference for all Fitness Clubs every year in Toronto. Usually around 7,000 people attend. During the conference LMI sets up some classes and an LMI day super session. 600 to 800 instructors in one room. Philip and Jackie Mills will be giving seminars here as well. That is my vacation.... what better way to spend it right!!!!

Things here are crazy, wild and the weather is very hot. I managed to teach 42 classes in July and lived to tell about it.

How are things in Texas. Did you miss the storm, or should I say did it miss you??
