I was taught kickboxing by a black belt in Karate and a boxer , Michael Olajide (don't know if you ever heard of him)
I do love what I do . My new direction is BODYPUMP and if I am not training or teaching fitness classes, I am fostering and socializing cats/ kittens.
As of right now with martial arts, I watch Jet Li , Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies in SLO- MO to pick up the biomechanics of some moves.
Chatting about moves...very cool pics ..especially the one in the air! It looks like you are a presenter too. If you happen to come to USA to a quarterly , let me and all your american friends know!
Pardon my French interpretation. I got 15 months baby from the "Newly born club in the 15th district"! I tried!!
Sending you a pic of Trish from the shelter I volunteer / foster for. Most of the cats do practice martial arts then take catnaps afterwards!
