Hi Stranger
HOw old!! You look fab. Guess who? I was actually teaching Comabt 14 the other night, INXS track remember it?? It's your old mate Helen, who you also had the pleasure of assessing!!! Ha!!!
Combat is still my number one and having been to a workshop with Dan and Rach teaching has inspired me more. Although the new Attack is pretty good.

David said he'd seen you and asked him to say hi...
Vive is going swimmingly, although my video is not so.
1st one the mic kept cutting out and although a great class not very professional. Second one, I had an over full class, loads of complaining about not being able to egt in etc......by the time I'd sorted out and pointed out we'd not have enough kit for the overspill, and explained about doing my vid......etc it was chaos. Anyhoo I asked them respectfully to run with it and if they didnt have a resistance tube (I was 3 short) could they please just use 'air'....I even gave out wee hand weights and asked them to stand out of shot. I explained I would need a band as I was doing my vid. SO we get to teh Going Gets Tough and it did. One woman having a go as she has no band....So I had a go right back and ended up on a disciplinary.......All (luckily) on video!
Thing is Dave has WATCHED me teach and he says, yep.......a certainty for sure.......and he sits and takes notes (I bet you can picture him doing it) for my feedback
I'd be a bit miffed if I failed given the work 'we' put into his ETM and ultimately BV for him.....

Hi Kate,
Hope this finds you in good health and spirit.
Had your quarterly yet? BS72 is fabulous, BP66 is the best release in a long time and BB41 is amazing can't complain when you have Annie Lennox and the like on the release.
