Hi Kate,
Nice to meet you. Thanks for introducing yourself. Yes just like you I also love step but its normally at a time I can't do :( but I do enjoy Step Pump which is on at a better time :) So you know Matt and Zoe that's pretty cool. I didn't realise they went to the same gym before. They're both doing well here.
Yes I feel very lucky being at this gym. I started off at Central first but I felt like something was missing. But when i stepped into New Lynn there was no turning back! The instructors are great and the members here are really friendly too. Even tho I go to Central, this is home.
Yeah would be cool if you came some time, it would be a great catch up for you!

Yeah always busy
They have filmed 4 programs on Thursday and will do 4 more on Monday night - combat then pump in the evening so looking forward to that.
Whats new back home, anything??
All is going well here - I am loving the job - and will be presenting at the quarterly workshop here in auckland so I am excited about that.
Still miss the banter between you, Dai, Nigel and me of course. And I miss Emma.
Well, it was great to hear from you say hi to the rest of the gang for me - I trust you are still giving your instructor grief!!!
