After years of tour guiding overseas and doing all my exercise outdoors I suddenly found myself in a deskbound job. My saviour was discovering BODYPUMP and after 1 class I was hooked. It wasn't long before I realised that I wanted to teach this fantastic program. I've been teaching since 2004 and love every minute of it. My highlight so far, being at the filming of BODYPUMP 62!
