What's super funny is that my module training for Flow was ALSO my first experience! I thought yoga wasn't a "workout" but realized rather quickly how much of an as* kick it was!

Glad to know I'm not the only one!

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the Friday workshop this time around. I'm taking so many days off from work for various reasons, that they are getting a little annoyed with me. I have to lay low for a while so I can take some other days here and there. There's always a chance I could figure something out last minute, but it's a long shot.
