Same we had our Workshop on the weekend...oh my GOD BP # 71 is so hard, but good:0)
Oh one of my boys is shadowing in the shoulder track...one of those BIG guys!!! I love BIG Pump guys..they always look so strong, great look for the programme.
He's in the shot quite a bit.There's also a photo of him in my gallery.
Look out for Craig too he's in Step, he's teaching...... I was very proud of them:0)
You must come over for filmings sometime...I might head to the October filming...

Hoi Katie. Ja soms hebben we een totaal ander beeld van ons zelf he? Dat is heel herkenbaar voor me. Blij dat je weer nieuwe inspiratie hebt. Tof dat je er bij was en zo lekker enthousiast mee deed. Dat maakt alle voorbereiding en "stress" voor het presenteren meer dan de moeite waard.

Hey,
En wat vind je van de nieuwe pump? Ik vind hem veel beter dan de vorige. Squats en schouders vind ik gewoon top. De mensen zijn laaiend enthousiast want heb al een tipje van de sluier opgelicht.
