I'm an RPM, Body Pump, Body Attack and Freestyle instructor based in London.

Where do I start? New Zealand has been absolutely amazing!! The filmings were great and the UK team absolutely rocked it!! Well done guys!!!! I never realised how much effort actually goes into these filming and they make sure that everything is perfect! As for the Les Mills gyms, they're great too! I'm back home now and my studios seem soooo small next to them.

I was lucky enough to get up on stage at LM Auckland Central and LM New Lynn which were both great experiences. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to NZ, or maybe even moving there for while!

Last thing to say about Les Mills is that Body Attack 64 had to be my highlight! What a fantastic release (especially tracks 4 and 9)! Giles, Grant and Lisa were HOT as hell and absolutely rocked it!....and Grant, thanks for all the shout outs x UK will love you! And Giles....YOU DA MAN!!!

Steering away from Les Mills a little bit, NZ has to be one of the most stunning countries I have ever been to! So many breathe taking places to visit! I also went to Sydney Australia where the weather was nice and hot and sooo much to do in sooo little time!

Anna	Well Katy you video star!! Just been watching the BA and RPM DVD's, and you get a shout out as well as some great shots of you!! So cool! Am going to FoxHollies tomorrow for QW. Looking forward to it. RPM DVD plopped on the doormat Wed but no result yet. Hope you're keeping well. Love the new picture - very dynamic! Have a good weekend. Annaxx

Hi Katy,
WOW - your photos and report from NZ are really inspiring. Was saying last night, 'cause of my job I can never imagine flying that far for pleasure etc etc.....But, seeing your pics, I want to do that!!!

I hope you're well and still loving it all? I did my RPM video this week so fingers crossed for that one. Really enjoying teaching it!

Maybe see you at next QW's although at Nuffield H&F City, Attack and RPM seem to be at the same time - aarggh!
