Profile

By Day: Elementary Music Educator
By night: Les Mills instructor for BodyPlex

My great loves are God, my husband Matt, and my son Jack.

Passions: family, teaching LM programs, singing professionaly, photography, and travel.

FAVE MOVIE: DIE HARD!
FAVE TV SHOWS: Heros, 24, Lost, Hell's Kitchen
FAVE FOOD: Filet Mignon, bread, pasta, basically
all the stuff that is bad for me!!
FAVE SONGS: New York State of Mind by Billy Joel, Purple Rain by Prince, Crazy by Seal
FAVE VACATION: Northern Ireland, Scotland, and London Trip. What a great 2 weeks!!
BIGGEST PET PEVES: Rude people, people who don't
drive as fast as I do. . . I could go
on and on!

Body Combat is like my breath!! I don't feel complete if I am not teaching my Monday evening class, as I have done for the past 6 years. I even schedule my vacations around it so I won't miss a beat!! I now have two a week, but they are both very VERY precious to me!! One of the highlights in my LMI career was having dinner with Dan and Rachel. What great people!! It was right after the LMI/BTS "divorce" and after that night, we knew we had wisely chosen to stay with LMI. The people who represent the company have been nothing but gracious, kind and helpful. Body Jam is my new baby and Body Flow is fantastic, but BC is #1 in my heart. With 4 classes a week, you are sure to catch me at the club.

Shoot me a message. I would love to hear from you!

Kaye thanks for your message - coincidentally I saw a preview for the new series of Heroes - we are getting it next week which is really good news!

We have had a good run of home grown dramas recently - the BBC are great at old period dramas (not the sort of sexed up thing you see in The Tudors (though I kind of like that even if it does re-write history to a certain extent)) - but we have had a great version of Tess of The D'Urbervilles recently.

Just gearing up to launch BC37 - will be doing it for the first time on Friday.

Cheers.

Hi Kay,

I don't think we are getting Heroes 3 until January!!!

There's talk of a 2 hour 24 show but they won't even tell us when that is going out.

TV has been a little dull over the summer. Have you seen the film of Mamma Mia - I thought it was the best feel good film I have seen for a long time. I've seen the stage play 5 times - but the film is a joy.

Thanks will check that out.

Gas is a massive problem here - I am paying £1.20 a litre here which is about $2.40 a litre.

Costs me the equivalent of $140.00 to fill my car.

As a result I am using the bus quite a bit at the moment.

Have a good weekend......watching "The Other Boleyn Girl" on DVD tonight and then going to see Mamma Mia The Movie at the cinema tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to this as I have seen the stage version twice in London, twice in Edinburgh and once in New York.....

Hi there,

Thanks for the info on Heroes. Have to admit that due to a combination of holidays and n ights out we kind of stopped watching series 2. I didn't seem to be as good as the first series and having missed a few episodes we had lost the plot somewhat. Will need to rent the boxset in order to catch up.

Do you get Doctor Who over there? This is a UK Sci Fi series that was originally made between 1963 and 1989 which was ressureccted in 2005 and we have just had the end of the 4th series - and it is awesome. I suspect if it is shown in the US it will only be on the Sci Fi channel.

Lot's of Combat Cover going on at the moment whilst everyone has their summer holidays so things are quite hectic.

Cheers.
