Kia Ora! Props to my fellow jammers both in The CC & the sexy sistahs of Kileen!

To my trainers: Brooke - you're a freakin' force of nature and I think anyone who hasn't had a little Brooke in their life has seriously missed out! Erica - you're such a strong and amazing woman, keep that flava rockin'. And Anna - you KNOW you're my idol ;) - and I'm so blessed to have such an inspiring person and personality in my presence every day.

The self-proclaimed "Jared" of Les Mills, I spent the last year and a half taking "one class a day" and I have lost over 80 lbs (heading toward 100 from my top weight - and it's gonna be a PARTY people)! And it's all thanks to the amazing girls of Les Mills! Their strength pushed me physically and their little words of encouragement always seemed to come when I was ready to give up (guess that's a little C-R-C huh?). So I can speak first-hand how much the Les Mills programs can change lives. It's totally changed mine.

From College Station, TX I currently work as a graphic designer for Texas A&M University.

Jonathan	I'm good. I was audited at work last week (NO FUN!) and I was in Fort Worth on GEICO CAT duty because of the the LARGE number of hail claims. I just walked in the door, but I should be in the gym tomorrow night (i am taking Monday off. I worked 12 hour days Saturday and Sunday).
