Qualified To Teach

JUST PASSED BODYATTACK TRAINING IN TYLER WITH SHAUNNA MAY!!!! WOOO HOOO! Met some amazing people and I can't wait to start teaching ATTACK!!!!
I teach BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYJAM, and soon BODYATTACK at Franco's in Mandeville LA! I've been an instructor for almost 2 years now but feel like I've been doing it forever--I can't imagine my life before! I had no idea I would become ADDICTED to Les Mills programs, but it happened and I love it and wouldn't have it any other way! I'm blessed to be a part of this community as it has changed my life and inspired me to change others' lives as well.

My day job requires me to be an advertising sales manager and I mostly teach classes at night. I love both of my jobs although who really considers teaching LM programs a 'job' anyway????? I love BodyJam because it's fun and NEVER the same. I love BodyPump because it truly keeps me strong and in shape. I love BodyCombat because of so many reasons I can't list them all-my favorite program is BodyCombat and always will be!

I love my family as they are my biggest support system. I am a lucky person and a better person because of them.

MY CLASS SCHEDULE:
BodyCombat: Every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:45pm. Also, Saturday mornings at 10am.

BodyPump: Tuesdays 4:30pm. Sometimes, Tues & Thurs at noon.

BodyJam: Every Thursday at 6:30pm. Saturdays 11am

Shawn	Wow Attack you really wanted to punish your body!!! Thats cool. Things are well here. Teaching 4 programs has been a challenge but a good one. Thinking about Colorado and haven't decided. That is a long ways off. Take care and have fun!!!
