No, they didn't page you nor would they go get you. They said it was not an emergency! I am going to come one night when my husband is not out of town so I won't have to worry about childcare! And I won't have to rush home because it is a school night then either. Bummed I missed it though :o) Trying to get lots of cardio in so I am looking FINE this weekend. hehe.

Ok, so I was all ready to come to your class tonight. I called Francos to get in touch with you and they wouldn't get you or page you for me. And then, they said it would be $20 to bring my kiddos. Soooo, I decided to wait until I talk to you first before driving there. Have a great class and sorry I missed it :o(

Duh!! If I took the time to read your profile!! So Brooke....how was she? I heard that she would probably show us some Jam. Congrats on the Pass for Jam. I have never seen that but hear it is fun!!

I am going to training in Brownwood at Minerva's gym. She says the trainer will be Brook. I hope it is easier. Are you teaching Jam?

Hahahaha...I hear ya on that! My oldest is 7 going on 16 and she is the same way. Must be a little girl thing! I wish I was going to pump with Autumn, but I don't have the money to go. What I'd really like to do next is get certified in Flow, but that will have to wait till next year. Do you plan on getting certified in another class? Well gtg take care

Excited doesn't begin to explain it!! I can't wait. Wish I would be there longer :o) Can't wait to try out jam!! In class today during chest I called out "booby call" for bottom halfs, just for laughs since I always say booty call. I can't remember if Leah gave me that idea or if I came up with it :o) I am working on coming to your combat class this week on Wed. I'll keep you posted, and I will deff post picks from the Q!

Maybe the different regions are on different schedules?
No clue, we got them last week, some got them Wed and I got mine Thurs
Hoping to have time to watch them all before the Q but am so behind on work that I'll have to see (and the Olympics are taking a lot of my "free" time too!)

It was definitely a challenge, more so than any of my other trainings but I have a genuine respect for the program and am excited to learn more and start my Flow journey
Will take tons of pics at Q
Have my DVDs already but haven't watched them yet since the weekend was all about BF but the music for BC seems pretty cool
My BFF and GFM is coming to NOLA for 2 weeks next month (she teaches BP and BJ)
May try to hook her up w/you to Les Mills since I couldn't make it to Franco's

Congrats on Jam, I'm going to Jeni's class tonight. I wish she could help you launch - she's amazing, you guys would make a great team. Maybe I could talk her into coming to Mandeville Labor Day weekend and you could launch with her, it's only a 5 hour drive, ha!:-)
I'll teach track 3 if that's ok...what time is the Sat class?
