Kris~ Hey you! What's new? Any word back on your video? Chrissie and Micki have heard back already and both passed. It's been over a month for me and today is exactly 6 weeks. I hate waiting. Our numbers rock up here in Fredericksburg, like yours, which is awesome. I taught Release 40 last night by self after our 2 week launch...Had a rip roaring crowd. Heard one of my members went down to your gym for BC and had Bret's class (he thinks) and by the way he described him, I'd say so!!! Hope all is well with you. Teresa

What is going on???? How the hell are you? Did you get your DVD turned in?!? Today is deadline. I sent mine off the week of the 10th. What do you think of the new release? We are launching up here weekend of July 18th.

I am soooo jealous that you already have your own class. You will be ready to tape in no time!!! Launch has drug out and now the week is over. We had 3 different Launch days and after practicing for a month together I was ready to get this show on the road. And our big group of 10 has really dwindled down to about 4 who know all tracks and team teach on regular basis. With that said, we also have not been given the opportunity to teach by ourselves yet, this Saturday we are just now down to three instructors per class. The members LOVE the class and it is kicking their butts! I am with you on the class being tough for me, my shins get very angry after 3 days in a row of combat! I’d love to come down there. Let me know your schedule. Up here BC is Tuesday nights 6:30, Wednesday mornings 9:30, and Saturday mornings 8:30! Enjoy your weekend!
