Tadah! finally I am getting around to my profile! Hello fellow LM ers! I am a mama to twin girls Kiara and Quin. They are almost 3, that explains enough right! I live in beautiful Sonoma County, born and raised in the wine country, explains more!

THROUGH THE ROOF - we set off Combat this last weekend at Fusion Fitness - Brand new to the club . Results -room was packed - Energy blew through the roof!!!! Thanks to all the members, and visitors - without you we wouldn't have this program!! Of Course Me and Derek's favorite part was the first jump kick - We got a room of Frozen Wide Eyed Peops followed with one big "WHOA" !!! then a look of success and smiles when they did it! Loved IT....

Aurel-John (A.J.)	Kendra! I submitted my assessment video a few days ago for combat! Now I'm working on my vid for pump. Don't know what's next on my les mills resume. I think it would be RPM. The only programs we have are jam, combat, pump, rpm, and flow. And I don't think I would do good in flow. I need to jump around! I wish we had attack. I would definitely do that. How's the taping situation??!!

Donna	Hey woman! How's Combat going? I submitted my DVD for assessment--had to do three takes for that one. Have you launched at your club? What's going on?!? Inquiring minds want to know! :-)

Aurel-John (A.J.)	Lol I'm caffeine sensitive so Starbucks get's me all hyped up. Thought I would go with the Redbull instead since it suits the program better ;) Can't wait to start working on my vid. Kick butt at your gym!

Donna	Great meeting you over the weekend! Boy were my hamstrings tight after that. When I got home and got out of the car I must have looked like a 90-year-old with a double hip replacement. LMK when you guys are launching, I'd love to come play and be part of the crowd!
