Been an active person most of my life..swimmer ever since in can remember. track n field in college. Gym person ever since. I've done aerobics, kick boxing, boxing.


Found body combat theraputic after a nasty separation and was introduced to body balance when i had a lower back injury. Balance opened a quieter me. Passed the auditions and training in 2005.
in 2007 trained and passed Body Pump, i prepared long and hard reinventing myself to prove my "detractors"
My first love combat has to wait.. probably 2009;.

I teach regularly at RCBC Manila and Rob. Manila. I love the students and when i see them return of if i see them get stronger or more flexible i know i'm doing my little good in the world.

I'm a managing director of a research company (casi research) and part owner of a resto/bar (Fez and Moksha). I also have a labrador Basil and a partner brian - gladly neither are very demanding. Given ample time i can cover for most any teacher. I limit myself to the gyms 15 miles away from my work and residence.

My life has changed because of Body Balance and Body Pump. I'm much happier now. made great friends and feel i belong.
