Yeah just teaching 3 tracks Tues morning. Fridays the only night I can't do. Any others fine though.

Great class tonight! Nov 3rd sounds fine. I have a trial on Tuesday at Splashdown and doing speed and peak. Did party at my training. So maybe those 3. Up to you though. That would be so muck fun launching together!

Just back from my BodyStep training. Amaaazing!!! I feel so inspired. I saw you on the DVD! You were rocking! Louise asked me to take over your classes when you leave. So might do a bit of team teaching a couple of weeks before you go if thats ok. Should be lots of fun. :)

Hey there! Great to hear that things are going well for you "down under". Sure wish I could take a vacation to see you - but just doesn't seem in the cards right now. :)

Things are pretty much the same in my world - ya know - teaching classes, working, traveling and spending time with the important people. All good. xoxo
