Hey Kim, wow can't beleive you and Shamus are leaving. I know you guys will do great things where you are going. I had a great time JAMMMIN with you at Gold's Gym and Shamus was a blast to dance with at the launch of BJ45, I wish you two all the best.

Hi Kim! Wow, what a gorgeous picture! I had a ball yesterday doing Jam! I can't wait for Golds to open. I hope to be able to do the Combat training. There is only one potential conflict I have that weekend. I'm in a band, and we have a gig the evening of Nov. 1, so I need to find out what time that will be. There's a lot of set up involved before we play. I'll let you know as soon as I find out. Thanks so much for bringing these great Les Mills programs to our area!
