I come from a martial background with a 2nd degree blackbelt in Taekwondo and several years of freestyle Kickbox classes - I am also a certified Level I Ski instructor - I love Triathloning, Mountain Biking, Running, Swimming: I have been the Xterra (off road triathlon) Mid-Atlantic Region Age Group Champion for the last 4 years and ranked in top 5 Nationally - I had to swim in 55 degrees in Lake Tahoe!! Brrr- I love sport event planning :) When I'm not jump kicking,sliding on snow, or spinning my wheels, I'm probably chillin with my hubby or roasting a fresh batch of green coffee beans - check me out at : http://worldbeanroasthers.com or face book me -

I have found a new passion for teaching since I certified with Body Combat- The program is absolutely the best I've seen around - I love that I don't have to create my own choreography any more :) wooo hooo! I just don't have time :) Our numbers in Combat are escalating and I just can't wait to see my students each week and teach combat. Remember: It's all about building "RELATIONSHIPS"!!

Julia	Got "40" and it's fun! It'll grow on me as they all have so far - The cool down's much better than 39...I'll know it completely in a week, but we won't launch for a while - Mixing is fine - as my library grows it'll be easier-

Allison	Hi Julia! I am often in Culpeper (my boyfriend lives there) and the Gold's is so close to his house! I'm usually there on the weekends but will actually be there from 12/30- 1/4. Maybe some time I'll catch a class. Congrats on combat! It is a great program!!! Allison
