1. I was born in Wilmington, DE. Been all over the world, but Wilmington is home.

2. I was in a major car accident 12 years ago and initially didn't think I was going to be able to walk straight again. Now, I'm an instructor of BodyPump, BodyCombat & BodyFlow. I have both a road bike (for competitive racing) and a hybrid (for exercising). I'm a 1st Dan of Tang Soo Do, diligently working on my 2nd Dan. And when I have an extra moment, I try to get in a round of golf. Whew!

3. I love to watch a good B movie!

4. I'm a freelance photographer, with a yearn to be published. Right now, I'm doing sports & speciality photography.

5. I enjoy a good, leisurely meal...While in Mykonos, Greece, my lady friend & I sat at a table for a pleasant 3 hour lunch, watching the sun set.

Hello!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Clarke. I am 46 years old and I'm trying to be a positive role model to my 12 year old son.

I'm a BodyPump, BodyCombat & BodyFlow instructor at the Bear-Glasgow YMCA (Bear, DE) where I really enjoy giving the participants a Les Mills experience.

My other hobby is as a freelance photographer. I do sports and specialty portraits.

If I had a golden rule, it would be "Take care of your body...you only get one chance!".
