Kris,
Thank you so much for a great Q in Lexington. I enjoyed your presentations in Pump(especially the biceps track) and RPM(I was in the last ride...ugh...tired). Thanks too for the great Ed session for Pump and for taking the time to explain the "new" RPM technique and research after the ride.... I really took a lot away from the weekend and taught my classes this week with a renewed energy and focus( and more scripting! ). Thank you to you and the rest of the team for the time, energy and passion you put into these weekends. Can't wait to launch in Oct. Your magic is a blessing....

I saw you up there at Orlando with Susan...she is an awesome person! You really rocked us on the stage with Pump...I think that #70 is one of the best ones out there!

Kris,
Thanks for coming to the LMSE Q & letting me sit in on the RPM info.....you & Carrie made a great team. I really enjoyed the class, just wish I hadn't been so tossed by that time in the day......going to keep working on getting 'RPM fit'.
PHENOMENAL job in Pump. You hit the mark so high on the chest & bicep track - Loved it!! You have such a great energy in both Pump & RPM.....Wow is mostly what I can say. No wonder I can remember your teaching my 1st BP class at the Woodstock, GA Q.
Hope you are having a great time at the Summit, & enjoying the Bay area.....great place.
Safe travels home, & hope to see you sometime again in the future.
Keep up the great work!!
Rebecca

Hey! Thanks for keeping in touch. My life has been a little crazy lately. I have moved out of Chicago (couldn't stand the job another day!) and am living in NY for a little bit. I have been in touch with Lifestyle Family Fitness in FL and am hoping they will have a group fitness position open up soon. If I end up moving to FL I will be sure to stop by Wilmington on the way and say hello. How is Combat, RPM, and Pump going? How is O2? Have you seen "crazy John" lately?

Hey...what's up??
Is the invite to visit your gym still good? Robin's parents are moved down to Kure now for good so we'll be down as much as we can all summer. Pump, RPM and maybe dinner one of these days?
Life's good. Robin has been the GFM at LFF Apex for about 6 months now and is really doing a great job. She's now also teaching Flow and is doing RPM this weekend with Heather and Antoine at our club...such an overachiever.
We'll be at the CA quarterly so see you in a few short weeks.
