Girl, HECK YEAH, I know Shirley!! She is a really good friend of mine! Didn't know you were teaching at LKN! Very cool! Shirley loves teaching there, too. That's awesome you saw Jen at Quarterly! Where is she teaching these days? Still just Pump for her? Yeah, I'm already anticipating the hard work it will take to get my body back after this baby!! But its ALL worth it for these little munckins : ) Gotta run for now but I'll catcha later---SO glad we can keep in touch now!!! PEACE OUT--Kris

Hey. Combat training was great. The group wasn't nearly as special as the Pump group- I'll probably never experience that type of teamwork again- but they were all still pretty cool. My trainer was Jericho. She's on a lot of the marketing materials and she's the person on the Combat widget. I already have my choreo memorized, but I have soooo much work to go on my technique. Fortunately, I love this release, so I'm motivated to practice all the time. Any tips or things you learned that helped you through your learning process?
Are you going to ATL?

GIRLFRIEND!!! It was awesome to hear from you! That's cool u got certified in BC! Were u in the same training w/ Jade? I've got my sights on BS and BF once my baby girl is born : ) Thanks for the compliment--I feel great and am still teaching BP once or twice a week and BS 7 days a week--I love it! Oh, I teach BP in Huntersville at the Aquatics Center. R u going to Atlanta...wish I could go!

They must be backed up at the assesment dept. because 9 of our new instructors sent BodyPump videos in October and about half still haven't heard back. I don't know who the instructor is for Combat yet.

Hey. So I'm totally addicted. I just signed up to do Combat training on 1/23. But I swear that's it! Unless my club gets Attack or Jam...
