After a break from teaching Flow, I'm thrilled to be back. I missed it a great deal and am enjoying the benefits once again.

Flow is the perfect complement to teaching ballet, it has improved my teaching and vice versa. Flow has brought a certain balance to my life and it's rewards are endless.

I have recently added Jam to my teaching repertoire. I love the diversity it adds to my experience and skills. I also enjoy allowing my funky alter ego to shine. Yes, a bun head can be fly too!
