....I visited the YMCA of Lititz about 4 years ago to complete my Arthritis foundation Water cert. Isn't Vive fun. I can't believe the new programs are on their way already. I just launced a few weeks ago ( 2 times). LOL!!!

Hey Jodi,

SO good to hear from you and thanks so much for your words about BV 10 - What a blast and growth opportunity! I get a kick out of teaching track 3 at my club...all the NA's NA's....

It's a great release, Susan is doing such a fantastic job - GO BV! Learning 11 right now - another hit! :)

Your children are beautiful... those pics make me want summer now! :)

Wow - sorry it has taken so long to respond. I was only in PA for 5 days so have been back in MN for awhile now. I try to visit my mom 2-3 times a year so next time I am back, I will try to get to your class!! Our BV launch went really well. Now I am focusing on the Body Step release. Thankfully I did it twice while I was back in PA. It is so good - I never like every single song on a release, so this one is an exception:) Take care!!

Hey Jodi! I moved to Lititz a little over a month ago. We live off of Pine Hill Road. I teach Body Flow at Elizabethtown Fitness club. And i became a member at Universal a couple weeks ago after my friend got me a free one week pass. I love Universal it is such a nice change from the tiny gym i was going to. Also we only have Pump and Flow at the gym i went to so it has been so much fun taking the other Les Mills classes. Hopefully i will see you around the gym and maybe get to take a Vive class sometime. Take Care!
