Qualified To Teach

Hi Everyone! By day I'm a piano playin', guitar strummin', circle dancin' primary school music teacher and I love every minute of it! I have a Bachelors degree in Music Education and a Masters in Special Education. I was born and raised in Rochester, NY (WOOOHOOOO for Wegmans!!!) and I moved to the Hudson Valley 6 years ago for my job. It was back then that I was introduced to the wonderful world of Les Mills. I spent so much time at the gym that people were starting to send my mail there! When I was given an opportunity to become an instructor I jumped quickly on that train as I have a passion for both teaching and fitness. I'm a fighter and dancer at heart, so I now moonlight as a Body Combat and Body Jam instructor!
