Qualified To Teach

I teach Body Step, Body Attack, and Body Flow for Goodlife Fitness in Markham, North York, Scarborough, and Richmond Hill. I'm so lucky to be part of the most supportive, fun-loving, and fantastic group of instructors.

I recently won the award of Instructor of the Year at Goodlife Fitness for 2008 and just returned from Auckland in February 2009, where I got to participate in the classes for the quarterly filmings. The experience was much more than I ever could have hoped for! I was struck by how "above the bar" everything there was...including the instructors, the program directors, the club staff, the facilities, EVERYTHING! It was so amazing and it was an experience I will never forget.

In my other life I am an environmental consultant for an engineering firm and am proud to say that I FINALLY completed my PhD studies last year. WOO HOO!

Looking forward to the rest of 2009, including my wedding in June :)

Please let me know if you ever plan to be in the Markham area, I'd love to team teach with you!
