G'day Lara. Thanks for the message.Sorry for not replying sooner but only just noticed it!
I don't instruct, so you wouldn't have seen me at the quarterlies. Perhaps one day I will get certified, but I've enough going on in my life at the mo. If you certified in Adelaide you might know Mandy DiGusto whois our GFM?

Lara:
LOVE the new pics and way to go for being in Cosmo - how cool is that??
We launched BodyAttack last night, I am still out of breath just thinking about it and knowing I have three more Attack launches coming up. Working on making sure I can attend PUMP training in September, so hopefully, I will be able to team with you sometime while in Switzerland (not this year, of course!) I am looking forward to our trip, leaving the USA on 8/24 and headed to Greece first, we will arrive in Zurich/Wilen on 8/30 and will leave the following Thursday. I hope you will be ready to teach by then so I can crash one of your classes....:)
Weiterhin gute Besserung!
Alles Liebe,
Barbara

I have been teaching at Fitness First here in the east and also a bit on the north. I teach about 4 a week which is enough for now. I'm doing Attack training next month (god....... preparing to be sore again for a few weeks) along with my regular freestyle step and cycle. So keeping busy for sure.
I hope all is well in Schweiz and do keep in touch.

Dear Lara:
I am so sorry to hear you are having to deal with the Druesenfieber, how awful is that! I hope you will be doing much better really, really soon!
What a small world!!!
I remember Dodo from when I used to be a member at the TC in Pfaeffikon, she put my very first training schedule together in 1996!! I am not sure if she'd remember me, but please tell her I said hello (I am the Swiss that left for the USA in 1998 who participated in the Women's Triathlon in Zurich in 1998!).
Gute Besserung und bis bald!

Lara:
Came across your profile when looking up places to work out when in Switzerland in late August/early September. I am originally from Wilen/SZ, however, have been living in Washington, DC for the past 10 years. I teach BodyAttack and BodyStep at various Gold's Gym and am always looking for places to work-out. I see on your profile that you teach at TC, which one? I used to have a membership at the one in Pfaeffikon....
Hope this finds you well - and that we will get a chance to meet in person later this year!
En liebe Gruess,
Barbara

Hey Lara,
Great to hear from you and especially that you're classes are a big hit. That's truly inspirational.
Let me know where you're teaching. I'd love to try and catch you in action.
I'm busy scripting and re-scripting my tracks for the quarterly workshop presentation of BP65. Really enjoying the music on this one and the workout is tough. Will you be at the quarterly?
Cheers
Steve
