I just started to training Taekwon Do (ITF-stile). Fit me very good. It is a martial art very simulare to Karate, but more fokused on the leggs, (90% leggs!!!!) To be good in TDK, an friend here (he have 4 dan (black belts) in TDK) training step inkluded:-). Or I belive BA+RPM and ordinary running outdoor.
Take it hard, and make them pay;-)!!!!
