BodyStep - eh still felt ridiculous but did better as a whole
BodyJam - too crazy to do it the participant way and yet somehow on monday nights practice it was too crazy to do it instructer way???wtf!
BodyAttack - just right ;-) love the new release

I don't think it was fair that I got buffaloed for bringing presents, though. We luv ya'll! But no worries. I got to Buffalo you, so its all good.

Thanks Laura! You were rockin too! It felt so good to Jam w/you again, I definitely found my 4th gear!! I wish I could have stuck around Sunday night for the party. Hopefully at the next Q. Now I want to go to New Zealand!! Please?? :) Keep doing what you do and thanks for the inspiration on Sunday.

You sooo belong on stage...awesome presence, perfect form, and what a calling voice...even the visual cues were dead on when the mic went on. That BA class you co-taught with and Kendell and Joella was one of my favorites this past weekend! you go! And thanks for taking the time to chat! :)

ok, to be honest.......ya looked like you were dragging up there a bit during attack. LOL, you know i'm kidding. It was great to see you as always. I'm still flying from this weekend. This quarterly was so much better then the spring, not sure why but it was for me. Hope to see ya again soon. Latr

Laura,
Just wanted to let you know what an amazing job you did presenting the Step class this weekend. I didn't think I would EVER get Track 8, and I have to teach that one at our Launch next week, but you made it seem easy. We had a great time at dinner last night, although me not as much as some--I was the designated driver! Take care...Leiana
