I have been taking Les Mills classes for more than 7 years now, and finally last June I decided to become a Body Flow/ Balance instructor. I have the most amazing gym in Florida, the Fitness Centre and Day Spa at Celebration Health. I am so proud to be a part of that group fitness team. Outside of Les Mills classes I run, rollerblade, bike, and do a lot of strength training. I have really changed my life in the last 2 years through fitness and exercise and I love being part of a community that loves it all as much as I do.

I am also a full time Mom of two amazing daughters, and just this evening was pleasantly surprised to walk in on them teaching each other a fitness class, I think one was teaching Jam and the other Flow. Thanks to my husband for working so hard in order to let me be a Mom and a gym junkie.
