Hey Laura,

I hope all is well in FL! I am excited, tomorrow Justin S. is doing a big Master Combat Class down the bayou! It should be awesome!
I also wanted to tell you I plan on doing my final video Tuesday. I got an extension due to the microphone system being out of order for the past month. So hopefully you will hear some good news from me next week.

Laura,

I am sooo bummed, Body Jam has been put on old at our gym. Since our GFM had to leave for a month or so, our process for getting Jam has come to a complete stand still, maybe forever. When I got back to the gym they had added Zumba already to the schedule! I'm gone for a week and the gym turns upside down. We were supposed to host a training and now I really don't see that happening :-(
I am on day 3 of 6 straight days of teaching body flow. And Taught 1 of 4 combats I am helping out with this week. I think I am going to try and tape on Friday, just a little nervous about that. I am surviving! lol
Do you have any suggestions for my body flow class to change things up a little bit for both my participants and myself? I know they are going to get bored seeing me for every class.

Hey Laura,

It was nice meeting you Wednesday, wish I could have stayed longer. You and Ben are awesome, and have a great little family! Hopefully my next visit will be longer, and I can take some of your classes.

Hey there, my side of the world is ok ;) WE had awesome weather for the 4th of july weekend which was a nice change, but the last 2 days have been overcast and a little crappy. So I am waiting for the sun to come back out. :)Great to hear from you!
