Hey Lisa, I was smoking since I can remember 10 - 11 years of age so the damage is done. I can only try to make up for it now *grin* and believe me I try hard. I do not think they will do that tattoo much smaller because it will lose the detail. As a tattoo get older it fades and you will end up with a blob if you go to much smaller. Like you said find a good tattoo artist and you will be fine. ROCK ON!

Hey Lisa thanks for the welcome. My tattoo took about two hours. I am from Brisvagas but got it done in Victoria by Dieter from Just a pinch. I did not know him and I just walked in off the street with the design which is a bit risky but you gotta live life right? Anyway after he bitched about all the detail and how hard it was going to be to do. He finally said he would do it. So I sat for 2 hrs and $250 dollars latter. It was worth it. I love it and was glad I got it. This is not my first Tattoo and Dieter said I was the best customer he has had for sitting still. So in the end I think he was really chuffed with his work and so was I. Btw great pic of your weight loss. I have also lost weight and was a smoker for most of my life I have not touched a fag for nine years, but I still can feel the affects of the stupid habit I once had. So ROCK on and keep up the great work. xo

Hey mate,

Yes I was out there at Ripples. Good weekend with 19 very excited new instructors. All worked hard and we had some fun along the way.

I'm at Filex, hell yeah! I have the Body-Bike stand at the Expo but I don't know of any times on stage with the crew as yet. I will let you know when I do.
:)

Hey Lisa,

I enjoyed your story! I've had falls on the bike as well. Never fun. Hope you can do Balance training soon! Its such a great addition to RPM! Really completes the body! Do you take yoga too? Also really helps keep you a strong cyclists! : )

I studied abroad in Wollongong Australia when I was in college....one of the best times in my life! Can't wait to get back one day!
