Hey I got my video results back and I got a pass withheld. It was for coaching, which I am currently working on. I am excited to improve upon my teaching. I want everyone in my class to do their best, and not get hurt.

Thank you so much for comming to Cedar Rapids Iowa to teach me how to instruct body pump!
I just finished taping my video today, and I hope I did you proud. I tried to remember everything you told me. Set position, my hips aren't as wide as I think they are!! Heels under hips.
I'm off and running!

Hey chicky!! IT's all going great. I've been teaching every chance I get. I taught a whole class by myself this weekend with my GFM out with the rest of the pumpers doing it with them. It's a great feeling when people smile and say they had fun and I did a good job. I even had some new people ask me for advice. I'm loving this. Its a new path for me.. so different. Hopefully one day I will be as good as you. I'm going to the super quarterly in October and I'm bringing my friend who took me to my first Body Pump class 3 years ago. We're gonna make a girls weekend of it. She's the only other person I know in my group of friends that thinks exercising all day would be fun ! Can't wait. Hopefully I will see you and can introduce you. Talk to ya soon :)

Thanks for EVERYTHING this past weekend at training! You rocked my world :) Sorry for getting emotional on you...you just were so inspirational throughout the training and I think I was just exhausted from the intense challenge you put us through Saturday! Thanks again and I hope to see you again in the near future!

Hi Lesley
Last weekend training was AWESOME! I learned a lot and it was fun with so many girls doing a lot of crazy stuff. You rock and so did all the participants, I just loved the driven and passionated work we all did together.
