I've struggled with obesity since I was five years old. With the help of BODYPUMP and BODYFLOW, I've lost (and have kept off)several clothing sizes. Last Spring, I won an international BODYPUMP success stories contest. (My 'before' and 'after' pictures can be seen on the BODYPUMP success stories section of this Les Mills website.) It totally blows my mind! For so many years, I thought that if I could just reach and maintain a size 14,or even 16, I'd be incredibly grateful and call it 'good.' I never in my wildest dreams thought I would EVER be a fitness role model. I'm grateful to so many people for helping me to make a positive lifestyle change, something that eluded me for close to 40 years! I'm grateful to Betsy Mancine, who convinced Fitness Stylz owner Tom Roy to give BODYPUMP a chance. Betsy, who now works for Les Mills, has also been my most valuable source of instructor feedback, taking my classes whenever she's up this way and spending plenty of time evaluating my strengths and weaknesses, helping me to become a stronger instructor. I'm grateful to Tom for believing in me enough to allow me to become one of his BODYPUMP and BODYFLOW instructors. I'm grateful to the PUMP instructors at Fitness Stylz who encouraged me from Day One: Tom Roy, Leeanna LaVoie, Chris Guild,Stephanie Whalen,and Andrea Richards. (Andrea is my former GFM and also works for Les Mills now.) I'm grateful to the amazing people of Les Mills: Susan Tolj, Lee Parore, Emma Barry, Don Murphy, Josef Matthews, Steve Renata, Russell Hill and Brent McLemore, all of whom have been so supportive of me, and are willing to take time out of their busy schedules to offer words of encouragement. (My full-time job is in sales and marketing management, and I know from personal experience how remarkable it is that the highest ranking people of a major company the caliber of Les Mills are willing to make time to connect with regular instructors like me!) Les Mills is a top-notch company, with programs that truly get the job done. I hope I'm still teaching when I'm 90!!!

Last, but not least, I'm grateful to the fabulous members of Fitness Stylz, who inspire me every day with their own success stories! They reinforce my own commitment and make me proud to be an instructor!

Hi Leslie

Hope this finds you in good health and spirit.

Been teaching BB41 now for 4 weeks gee this is a good release so different to previous ones especially the sun sals 7.5 mins long, love it, and the core abs and back are so strongs especially the back, still waiting for it to get easier, only easier if you cheat, I'm afraid.

BP66 is the best release in a long time, good music and chorrey, however a little too much shoulder work throughout the workout plus the should track is a real killer.
