Hi girl, how are you doing? Summer is loong gone here in Sweden how is it in Portugal? Its cold here, between 5-12 degrees C mostly now. I really long for the summer again : )

I work during the day and work out during the night : ) 5 days a week I go to the gym now, only rest thursdays and sundays : ) We havent started the new releases yet beacuase teh CD´s were delayed :( Week 43 I will finally get to see them. What do you think about them?

So what is going on in your life now then? Any fun plans for the autumn or winter? I really like the new pictures you have, looks fun. Where are they from? Take good care, speak soon again ; ) ciao Henrik

Hi Leticia, back from Italy? How was it? Mallorca was perfect, wish I have stayed a couple of more weeks : ) I have 3 more weeks vacation now but the weather has been bad now for a week, would be nice to go somewhere again, Spain or maybe Portugal : ) Do you have any plays to recommend? I need more sunshine hehe.

Whats your plans for July, anything funny happening? Going somewhere perhaps? You could come here and take the sunshine with you : ) How is your traning going? Mine is ok, I did many classes this last week... Take care, speak soon again, ciao Henrik

Hi again pretty ;) nice to hear from you... Italy sounds like a nice place to work : ) Is it as model then or what do you do there? If so it would be nice to see some pictures of you ;) Any webpage?

Well if you feel like visiting Sweden in July just tell me and you can visit me too... I have week 28-31 off.

I did the new bodycombat today, really good. Many good songs and moves I think. Yesterday I did bodystep but I didnt like the 2 first songs at all. The rest was ok. Tomorrow I will do bodystep and bodypump, interesting to see what bodypump is like this time.

Then thursday I will fly to Mallorca for 2 weeks. The weatherforecast looks very promising :) Maybe you should make a stop there when flying home from Italy :) I stay in Hotel SanDiego in Playa de Palma, Arenal...

Hi Leticia, how are things in Portugal? Started the new release yet? We will start tomorrow, bodystep. Then bodycombat tuesday and bodypump wednesday. Really looking forward to it. Then thursday I go to Playa de Palma Mallorca, 2 lovely weeks. Cant wait : ) What are your plans for the summer?
