And a special hi to all the Body Jammers!
Let me make a little introduction;
I'm Lien, a 18 year old shaker from Belgium (a tiny dot on the map). My dream was to go to NZ and be a part of the Body Jam shadow presenters on stage, during the filming of a BJ DVD. And my wish came true!! Due to the Make-A-Wish foundation and of course the Les Mills team, I'll be seen on the Body Jam 44 DVD together with my amazing new friends; Rachael, Matteo and of course G(andalf). I was going crazy! It was such an overwhelming experience and such a great honour. Hope you'll love the BJ 44 release as much as I do!
You'll go nuts!

Hi Lien -

I'm a Jam (since late 2005) and Pump (since 1998) instructor near Chicago, Illinois USA! We're currently "in between" releases, when participants are burnt out on the new release (Jam 49), and us instructors are in the process of learning the newest release (Jam 50). So during this time, I rotate and mix older releases that I teach during my classes...

As it had been a little while since I taught 44, I had to "brush up" and practice w/DVD, and remembered how much I love it, and wanted to give you a "shout out" as to how great you did and how very cool it was that you had such a great opportunity! So glad to read that you're doing well!
