Hey Lilliana
Thanks for the add. Like you I love teaching RPM and Combat. I am grateful that I do what I do and look forward to my job everyday. Yes there are times when my body says no more but I just think the Les Mills way of teaching and training is great.

Was looking to go on my attack training, but am having second thoughts and might just work on more my RPM, Combat and Balance as my 3 main programmes.

How many classes to you teach each week? How long have you been in the industry?

so wish i was there to be involved! i love that stuff! if ever you do it again, count me in since i will be living in the US as of may 18th! YAY! i look fwd to spreading the RPM love in the US and will need the help of all of you :-)
