Oh where to start and what to say!!! I love what I get to do and everyday there is something new to add to this life. Les Mills has been the source of much of my happiness for the past 8 years. I can’t believe that it has taken me eight years to get my profile together. Those of you who know me lets be honest, does it really surprise you? For those of you who don’t here is a little peak…
I am a southern girl at heart but I love the west. One day my dream of opening a Les Mills only gym deep within the Rocky Mountains will come true so that I can satisfy both of my passions, teaching and snowboarding. For now, I am in Tennessee and I am lovin every minute of it. I get to teach with an amazing group of instructors and we have about 13 gyms that we get to spread the LM love. It is crazy fun and these instructors push me to find the better me everyday. And don’t get me started on our members!
When I am not teaching I am serving others any way I can. I work for a women’s wellness clinic where we specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy helping to restore and revitalize health and wellness. I know, it is a mouth full. Basically I help women feel better. I work from the inside out!
In my spare time I am a wannabe photographer. I do weddings here and there and family portraits, but for now it is just a hobby.
About a year and some months ago one of my biggest dreams came true. I got the opportunity to be part of the LM training crew for pump. I still have a hard time saying it and believing it. I can’t believe that I get to be part of this team. I also am so excited to get out and meet new people and hopefully play a part in creating a positive change in lives! I am so blessed.
I promise to keep up with this more and I will be posting upcoming events! Looking forward to meeting you all or seeing you again.

Hey Girl... I just wanted to thank you guys for coming down here this past weekend. I really grew not only as a jamer but as a person because of you. I found that I am able to do anything if I'm pushed hard enough, if I have the drive, and if there is support. I woke up to day saddend that I wasn't going to training but that business went back to its usual self. Because of you, Mysti, and Jehrico I have found that happy place and I get it. Just wait you'll probably see me at more trainings for other area's. You have unleashed the beast (hehe) :~)
